Sun Yi Bio

Sun Yi joined JunHe in 1999. After graduating from the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law, he re-joined the firm in 2007, and has been practicing at JunHe’s Beijing office ever since. Cliff specializes in cross-border M&A, FDI, general corporate matters and compliance. He has advised many multinational and domestic corporations on their mergers, acquisitions, investments, corporate compliance and other business in China in various industries and fields such as aviation, automotive, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, mechanics, forestry, paper, construction materials, food, franchising and infrastructure. He has advised clients on transaction structure, solved legal issues identified from due diligence, and drafted, negotiated and finalized transaction documents. Cliff has also advised many multinational corporations on the potential recall of their automobile vehicle products and parts, electronic products and other commodities in China.
