Sun Jiangang is a diligent and reliable lawyer with strong business sense. He has been working as legal professional for nearly twenty years. Mr. Sun has solid experience in mergers and acquisitions, and private equity/venture capital investments, both equity and asset deals. He has a strong ability to provide all-round legal services for investment deals. Mr. Sun often advises international clients on foreign direct investment, and has provided legal services to dozens of multinational enterprises and NGOs with respect to negotiation with local government, land bidding, liquidation and restructuring, compliance review, stock incentive advice, Oversea NGO registrations in China, and etc. Mr. Sun has extensive experience in serving different roles in legal profession. Before joining JunHe, Sun served as a government official at Shanghai Public Security Bureau in 2005, and was appointed by BlueScope as its acting China general counsel in 2011. Mr. Sun is now serving as an adjunct professor at East China University of Political Science and Law, and Fudan University Law School, and he is a member of M&A research committee under Shanghai Bar Association.
