Shi Xinyue joined JunHe in 2004 and practices out of our Beijing office. His practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial law, including international and domestic investment, M&A, reorganization, corporate compliance and antitrust. He has also gained extensive experience in mineral resources, agricultural food, rail transit, retail, electronic commerce and PE investment. Mr. Shi services many prestigious domestic and foreign companies, investment institutions, banks and financial institutions, covering a wide range of legal business such as domestic and foreign investment, financing, securities listing, M&A, corporate compliance and antitrust. Mr. Shi represents his clients in project structure design, equity or asset acquisition, corporate reorganization, overseas funding and listing, assisting in negotiations of many significant transactions, as well as drafting and implementing legal documents. Mr. Shi is a member on the editorial board of JunHe Renwen.
