Shang Shiming is a Partner of JunHe law offices. He is based in the Shanghai office. Since starting his career in JunHe in 2011, Mr. Shang has been focusing his professional practice on the field of capital market. He has advised many public and private companies and owns extensive expertise in the deals of public listing, private equity investment, corporate merger and restructuring.
