Qu Huiqing joined JunHe in 2002 and is a partner with the firm. Ms. Qu specializes in legal services related to capital markets. During her 20 years practices, Ms. Qu has provided comprehensive legal services to a number of A-share, H-share and small red-chip listings as well as scores of M&A, PE investment, material asset restructuring of listed companies, establishment of RMB Funds and Fund manager registration projects. Ms. Qu has provided expertise to a wide range of industries, including cosmetics, dairy, pharmaceuticals, automobiles, press and publishing, internet technology firms, banking, insurance, photovoltaics, wind power, real estate, hotels, natural gas, mining, chemical engineering, education, food, sports, information security and other industries. Ms. Qu is currently the vice president of the Party Committee of Beijing Dongcheng District Lawyers Association and a committee member of Beijing Dongcheng District Youth Union. Ms. Qu’s representative performance includes the listing of Botanee Group (300957); the A-share listed company Xintai Natural Gas (603393) tender offer to acquire Hong Kong-listed company AAG Energy (HK.02686); the Blue Star New Chemical Materials Co., Ltd.’s major assets replacement and issue of shares for the purchase of Bluestar Adisseo Nutrition Group Limited from its controlling shareholder, China Blue Star (Group) Co., Ltd. and respective financing; the listing of Xinhua Win Share (HK00811, 601811); the listing of Bank of China (HK.03988、601988); the acquisition of Yunnan Dianhong Group Co., Ltd.’s 100% shares by German Bayer Group; the first QFLP pilot fund (Hony Capital QFLP Fund’s acquisition). And the Xintai Natural Gas’s tender offer to acquire AAG Energy was awarded the annual "Capital Operation Benchmark Award" by Securities Times. Qu Huiqing was awarded the Asia Pacific Legal 500 2021 Asia Pacific list in 2022 Capital Markets Featured Lawyer.
