Ma Rui Bio

Ma Rui joined JunHe in 2011 and has served as the key team member of a number of transactions for state-owned companies, private companies, private equity firms and multinational companies. At JunHe, his practice focuses on public offerings and private placements in domestic and overseas stock markets, restructuring and relevant transactions of the capital market. Mr. Ma also provides legal services for M&As and private equity financing transactions, particularly in deal structuring as well as the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. He also handles the various legal issues in relation to his clients’ daily operations, corporate governance and commercial transactions. Mr. Ma has experience across a wide spectrum of industry sectors such as finance, TMT, life science and healthcare, energy, mining, retail, manufacturing and public utilities.
