Since joining JunHe Beijing office in 2005, Lu Xiaonan has over ten-year experience. She has focused on corporate law and M&A, private equity and capital markets, as well as foreign direct investments. She serves clients from various industries such as manufacturing, health care and medication, tourism, education, energy and real estate. Ms. Lu has in-depth knowledge of and extensive experience in deal structuring, document drafting, negotiation and legal opinion issuance.
