Lu Juyi joined JunHe (Shanghai) in May 2004. With over ten years at JunHe, Mr. Lu has provided legal services to many renowned and active foreign and domestic banks and other financial institutions in both the international and PRC markets, and has extensive experience in banking and finance. Mr. Lu has extensive experience in handling various banking finance deals, including M&A finance, go-private finance, structured finance, property development finance, property acquisition finance, project finance, pre-IPO finance, syndication loan, general corporate loan and trade finance, etc. Mr. Lu participated in many financial institution incorporation and M&A projects. In addition, Mr. Lu advised several financial institutions on overseas bonds issuances, credit card businesses, financial leasing projects, wealth management products and compliance investigations and advice, and also provided legal services on daily banking matters to banks and other financial institutions.
