Liu Xin joined JunHe in 2010. Prior to joining JunHe, she practiced at the King & Wood law offices for three years. Ms. Liu specializes in capital market related practices, including domestic IPOs, major assets reorganization of listed companies, the acquisition of listed companies, equity investment, corporate, reorganization and bond issuance.
