Feng Cheng Bio

Feng Cheng is a partner of JunHe LLP. He currently practices at the firm’s Shanghai office. Since joining JunHe in 2007, Mr. Feng has represented many large state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign investment enterprises and multinationals for their pre-listing reorganizations, pre-IPO private placement, initial public offering (including A Shares, H Shares and Red Chip Shares), corporate bonds, convertible corporate bonds and other kinds of securities offerings and listings, public market financing, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and overseas investments, etc. The major industries Mr. Feng has covered include finance, real estate, high technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, shipping, freight forwarding, energy sources, consumables, and the internet industry.
