Du Lijing joined JunHe in April 2012 and is currently based in our Beijing office. Her practice focuses on industries such as infrastructure, energy, power, chemicals and public utilities and she has a great deal of experience handling inbound and cross-border legal services. She gained extensive international exposure while advising various clients such as multinational companies, PRC state-owned enterprises, financial institutions and PRC government authorities in matters both in and outside of China, including green-field project development, M&As, project financing and outbound investment. She has advised a number of energy, infrastructure and project financing related deals which have been nominated or rated as a deal of the year by various legal institutions such as ALB and China Business Law Journal.
