Chris Tang Bio

Chris Tang has extensive practical experience in capital markets, corporate and M&A. He has offered his legal knowledge in corporate law and securities law to many well-known enterprises and investment banks. He is particularly specialized in legal affairs concerning the issuance of investment-grade bonds, high-yield bonds and general corporate affairs. Mr. Tang has represented issuers and some of the world’s leading investment banks in dealing with many debt capital market transactions covering a variety of sectors such as the chemical, energy, construction, manufacturing, real estate and infrastructure. Mr. Tang also has broad experience in assisting issuers and investors in navigating complex, cross-border liability management, debt restructuring and enforcement. Prior to joining JunHe, Mr. Tang worked in the Beijing office of a leading Chinese law firm and then in the Hong Kong office of a top US law firm.
