Chen Xunan joined JunHe’s Hangzhou office in September 2019. Before joining JunHe, he worked as a partner in the Hangzhou office of a leading Beijing law firm in the area of securities, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and funds. Prior to this, Mr. Chen practiced in the Hangzhou office of a leading Shanghai law firm.
