Since joining JunHe, Chen Xiang has provided outstanding legal services for many well-known companies in areas such as finance, medicine, IT, media, FMCG, automotive and real estate. These services include providing daily legal advice, business negotiation, and overall legal opinion for specific business purposes, as well as responding to litigation/arbitration cases in his role as a company’s leading attorney. Mr. Chen is adept at handling major and difficult cases. Since joining JunHe, he has acted as an attorney in court for important and complex cases amounting to billions of yuan each year. Up until June 2020, he has represented nine clients in a total of nine cases (excluding those cases involving relatively large amounts of money and/or controversial debt-claim disputes), with the average subject amount being around CNY 376 million.
