Cai Jing joined JunHe’s Shanghai office in January 2011. From March 2015 to July 2015, she worked as an exchange lawyer from JunHe at A&L Goodbody. Ms.Cai has provided legal services for many leading multinational companies, investment banks and funds in their strategic M&As, private equity investments and general corporate matters throughout China, and she has also advised Chinese companies on their outbound investments. She represents innovators in novel industries, including telecommunications, information technology and high-tech, and education and entertainment, as well as household names in more traditional sectors such as financial services, life sciences and healthcare, energy, real estate, industry and manufacturing. Ms.Cai has a broad range of transactional experience, and a unique perspective as both a PRC and New York educated lawyer.
