Bu Zhen Bio

Bu Zhen joined JunHe in 2013. He has provided legal services to state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, private equity funds, foreign-funded enterprises and various multinational companies. Mr. Bu has experience in domestic and overseas initial public offerings, material asset restructuring of listed companies, takeover of listed companies, private equity investments, and the daily operations and commercial transactions of companies. Mr. Bu has experience across many industry sectors including finance, TMT, manufacturing, and life sciences and healthcare.
