Brian Spross Bio

Brian Spross has spent most of his 2+ decade legal career on the cutting edge of technology law and other high growth industries, having counseled more than 1000 businesses, often from start-up through acquisition. With vast experience negotiating a variety of agreements and deal structures, Brian also provides services around entity formation and early stage funding including convertible debt financing and Series A investments. Brian acts as an outsourced general counsel for many of his clients, having begun his career in-house at Trilogy Software/Versata, Lockheed-Martin, Oceaneering Space Systems, Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, and McDonnell Douglas Aerospace. Brian earned his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering as well as his J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin.
