Jarred Trauth Bio

Jarred Trauth is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. Jarred represents and advises a broad range of companies, from large, multinational corporations to private, closely-held businesses doing business in a variety of industries in connection with transactions involving acquisitions and divestitures of privately held companies and their assets, drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts (including a wide array of construction-related contracts), commercial finance, and advising new business ventures and assisting with their formation.
