Much of Reid Godbolt’s experience over his 41 years with Jones & Keller has been in securities regulation, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions and representation of issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of securities in several industries including energy, insurance, technology and pooled investment vehicles such as hedge funds, private equity funds and mutual funds. He also represents executives and boards of directors in connection with sales of control and investigations. Reid was selected by his peers as Best Lawyers®, Lawyer of the Year in Securities / Capital Markets – Denver in 2012, 2017 and 2019, and as Best Lawyers®, Lawyer of the Year in Securities Regulation – Denver in 2018 and 2021. He has been recognized for several years as a Best Lawyer in America® for securities law, private funds law, and mutual funds law.
