Mackenzie Ferguson is a corporate attorney who assists privately held for-profit businesses and nonprofit entities in matters related to business transactions, corporate governance, and mergers & acquisitions. Mackenzie earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law and served as a summer associated at Johnston Allison Hord in 2023 prior to joining the firm’s Corporate Practice Group full-time in 2024.
