Robert Lindauer is a seasoned real estate attorney who works with both corporate and entrepreneurial clients on their most important, must-complete projects. From strategic to in-the-trenches work, Bobby routinely handles matters such as land acquisition, leasing, development, easements, lending, disposition, management agreements, sponsorship agreements, licensing agreements, taxation and title issues, plus non-routine matters, such as contentious real estate disputes, negotiations with municipalities or neighboring land owners, refinancing debt, and tax incentives. Bobby also works in the automotive industry, representing individuals and dealers on matters related to automobiles such as purchases, sales, taxation, consignments, auctions and disputes. As the son of an engineer, gearhead, amateur race car driver and muscle car collector, Bobby has been in and around cars his entire life, and has turned that experience and family tradition into a labor of love. Bobby has worked on all multiple sides of the collector car industry, helping resolve disputes, buying and selling cars in multiple states (privately and at auction), and representing a large dealer, helping establish collector car auctions. Frequently referred by clients, lawyers and other professionals, Bobby works on matters throughout the eastern seaboard and the southeast. He is actively involved in client projects in multiple states – including shopping center developers, small shop landlords, solar companies, developers of live entertainment/night life venues, a regional grocery chain, and others. His clients are often headquartered in other states or cities but want to take advantage of the vibrant Charlotte regional business environment. Initially, clients may hire Bobby to handle an immediate real estate-related need, but his representation often grows into a much deeper, long-lasting relationship. He becomes their go-to counsel and close personal advisor – they call Bobby first and know he will be there to help them.
