With over 27 years’ experience working in Australia and Japan, Richard Graham is a leading corporate lawyer specialising in M&A, funds management and joint ventures / co-investments. Richard works extensively with domestic and international managers of investment capital to establish investment vehicles and execute strategic transactions.
