Justin Harris Bio

Justin Harris has over 25 years’ experience assisting listed companies, substantial private entities and their boards with major corporate transactions and governance matters. Justin regularly advises on M&A (both public and private), equity fundraising and board advisory and governance matters – with a clear focus on the overriding commercial objectives of his clients. Being based in WA, Justin’s practice has a particular focus on the resources sector. For nearly 20 years, Justin presented the directors’ duties module of the AICD’s Company Directors Course. He is a member of the firm’s specialist Board Advisory & Governance practice group.
