Peter Smith is a corporate lawyer specialising in servicing the energy and resources sector, offering particular expertise in construction in the oil and gas industry. He assists clients with acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, farm ins, capital raising, debt finance, construction and project development. Peter has advised on a variety of large construction projects including offshore construction and installation of liquids, gas and LNG facilities.
