Justin Harris is an experienced corporate lawyer specialising in corporate advisory work with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (both public and private). He also regularly advises on equity fundraising, and corporate law and governance matters. Being based in WA, Justin's practice has a particular focus on resources companies and service providers to them.
