Jeremy Davis is the Managing Partner of Johnson Winter Slattery. He is also a corporate lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, foreign investment and joint ventures. He has worked for a leading New York law firm and has been involved in a number of major cross-border transactions. Jeremy has acted for Bain Capital, Natixis, Microsoft Corporation, Diploma plc, Apollo Global, Blackmores, Battery Ventures, Air New Zealand, The Raine Group and Natura Cosmeticos.
