Bruce Adkins leads our national Energy & Resources group and has more than 30 years' experience in the energy and resources sectors. He is widely regarded by clients and peers as one of the best energy and resources lawyers in Australia and is well known for his expertise in resources sector M&A, project development and commercial contracting. Bruce has been involved in negotiating and drafting new resources and infrastructure joint ventures, the sale and purchase of major mining, transport and energy assets, the development of new projects, and the negotiation and documentation of high-value infrastructure, procurement and supply contracts.
