Marion Hale Bio

Since joining Johnson, Pope in 1986, Marion Hale area of concentration has centered on business litigation, employment law and business torts. She clerked from 1984 – 1986 in the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida for the Honorable George C. Carr. Since then, she has handled a variety of business litigation in state and federal courts and appeals before both the Second District Court of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal.
