Leonard Johnson Bio

Leonard Johnson focuses his practice on commercial real estate, business, banking, construction, and land use and development law. Len’s practice spans over four decades, all in the Tampa Bay area. In addition to his law practice, Len was a bank holding company president for over 15 years, which provides a unique insight into lending transactions. He has substantial experience in acquisition and development of real estate projects and serves several clients in an outside general counsel role, reviewing and drafting contracts, and advising as to entity structure. Len is also admitted to practice in Colorado and New York. Len has a long history of community involvement, including serving on the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida, and as a Distinguished Director of Gator Boosters, Inc., where he also served as President in 2016-2017, along with many local roles.
