Dennis Ruppel Bio

Since joining the firm in 1978, Dennis Ruppel has concentrated his practice on major real estate, financing and commercial transactions. His real estate work has focused on the development community with projects ranging from shopping centers, condominiums, residential and mixed-use subdivisions to industrial development. Dennis also has experience as a past director of two bank holding companies; president and director of a manufacturing company; a software company; and a managing member of several real estate and investment entities. Among his many community accomplishments, he’s Secretary and former President of R’ Club Childcare, on the Board of Directors for Freedom Bank, and was voted Citizen of the Year by the Clearwater Civitan Club.
