Olivier works with our clients on the structuring, creation, documentation and distribution of investment funds, regulated or not, open or closed, French or foreign, established in France, in Europe or offshore. Olivier advises institutional investors and asset managers on all aspects of financial regulation, and on their primary or secondary investments in funds or equity portfolios, as well as on the M&A operations related to the sector. He acts on issues of lobbying and financial regulation disputes.
