Aymeric advises and works with the Firm’s clients on equity capital operations (risk capital, development capital and LBO), sale-purchase, financing (bank, mezzanine, unitranche), joint ventures, or structuring or reorganization of groups of companies. He has significant experience in Company law, which he brings to the service of directors, investment funds, family offices and issuers in their development projects.
