Una has more than 20 years of experience advising companies at all stages of their lifecycle, ranging from SME’s to large multinational corporations. Una regularly supports clients in respect of both domestic and international matters across a range of sectors including healthcare, retail and tech. Una has significant M&A expertise and extensive experience of supporting clients in relation to a broad range of corporate transactions, including group re-organisations and restructurings, joint ventures and debt and equity financings. Before joining Joelson, Una was a partner at a central-London law firm. Una is fluent in Croatian.
