Paul Chiappe Bio

Paul is Managing Partner and Co-Head of the Corporate Team with over 20 years’ experience working on UK and international transactions. He has a well established client base with private and public M&A, corporate finance and venture capital. He serves on a number of client Boards as quasi General Counsel providing both legal and strategic advice. He is very active within the Team’s venture capital and private equity practices, supporting management teams and some of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs and emerging Funds. The sectors Paul covers include financial services, food and drink, marketing, education, design and technology.
