Gemma Lester Bio

Gemma joined the Corporate Team at JMW in October 2018. Gemma studied Law at Exeter University which included a year at Universität des Saarlandes in Germany and graduated in 2011 before completing the LPC at the College of Law in Chester. Gemma trained at DLA Piper in Manchester and worked in the Corporate team for several years before moving in house to The Derwent Group as corporate counsel. Gemma then decided to return to private practice and joined JMW. Outside of work, Gemma likes getting out into the countryside, especially hiking in the Peak District and playing tennis at a local club. Gemma also enjoy getting lost in a good book and spending time with friends and family.
