David Easdown Bio

David is a partner and head of JMW's corporate team having joined the firm in January 2024 from listed law firm Knights. He has worked with many of the region’s best-known businesses (both owner-managed and private-equity backed) and practised corporate law for nearly 20 years. David is known for his pragmatic and collaborative approach to corporate transactions at all levels of complexity and communicating in a clear and easy to understand style. David’s practice is across many sectors, but has particular focus on high-growth (often technology-focused) business. His clients include development capital funders, family offices, owner-managed businesses and management teams receiving private equity investment ahead of executing buy-and-build strategies.
