Zhengzheng Hu Bio

Zhengzheng Hu obtained his LL.B. degree from the Law School of Nanjing University in 2002. In 2004, he obtained his LL.M. degree from Leicester Law School, UK with distinction. Mr. Hu focuses his practice in capital market, private equity investment, cross-border M&As, and foreign direct investment. He has a wealth of experience in various industries such as Value-Added Telecommunications Business (mainly with internet companies), biopharmaceutics, healthcare and life sciences, food, retail, sports & entertainment, real estate, new energy, minerals, advertising & media, department stores, real estate and traditional manufacturing. He has assisted many domestic and foreign private equity funds with mergers, acquisitions, and equity investments involving equity interests and assets in China, and taken the lead in numerous public listing projects of Chinese companies on stock exchanges such as the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, the Shanghai/Shenzhen Stock Exchange and other regional stock exchanges.
