Youping Deng graduated from Wuhan University, Peking University of China and University of British Columbia of Cananda, earning Bachelor of Science, Master of Law, and Master of Arts respectively. Since 2005, Mr. Deng works with Jingtian & Gongcheng; In 2010, Mr. Deng became partner. Mr. DENG practices primarily in areas of: litigation and arbitration (including labour related solution and dispute resolution); commercial crimes and anti-corruption related services; corporate governance; stated-owned assets management and transaction; foreign direct investment; PRC laws related service under international shipbuilding finance; M&As. Mr. DENG obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 2005. Mr. DENG may work in Mandarin (native) and English (fluent).
