Yongchen Peng Bio

Yongchen Peng graduated from Peking University History Department in 1982 with an Bachelor of History degree. From 1982 to 1993, Mr Yongchen Peng worked for Sichuan Provincial Public Security Bureau and Politics and Law Commission, Sichuan Provincial Party Committee of CCP. In 1993, Mr Yongchen Peng founded Yingji Law Firm (Sichuan) with other partners and worked there until 2012. In August 2012, Mr Yongchen Peng joined Jingtian &Gongcheng as a partner. Mr Yongchen Peng specializes in corporate law, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, PE and VC, etc. Mr. Yongchen Peng was admitted to Chinese bar in 1993. Mr. Peng is a native mandarin speaker.
