Yang Zhao Bio

Yang Zhao graduated from Peking University School of Law in 1986 and then obtained the master degree in law from the Law Institution of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 1989. Mr. Zhao once worked with China Legal Affaires Center from 1989, then he participated a legal training program in the UK. Mr. Zhao joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 1996, he is currently a managing partner and the director of the Firm. Mr. Zhao's practice is particularly focused on the following areas: corporate law, international financial law, securities law, and international arbitration. He enjoys excellent reputation for his high quality work and extensive experiences. Mr. Zhao is a native mandarin speaker with English fluency.
