Ms. Ma started her legal profession in Broadken Law Firm from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, she joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a lawyer. And became a partner in 2013. Ms. Ma specializes in securities law and capital market, M&A, etc. Ms. Ma is a native mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
