Wenzhuo Ding graduated from Peking University with Master degree in law. Mr. Ding has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2015 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2021. Mr. Ding specializes in overseas and domestic capital markets areas, enterprises' reorganization, restructure, foreign investment, covering medical and health, education, food and other industries. In the area of capital market, Mr. Ding has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing projects, including Rici Healthcare Holdings Limited,China 21st Century Education Group Limited , China Feihe Limited , etc. Mr. Ding was admitted to PRC bar in 2009.
