Stella Yeung Bio

Stella Yeung is a Partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng LLP. Prior to joining our firm, Stella worked at Shearman & Sterling. She also previously worked in the Listing Division of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Stella is admitted as solicitor of High Court of Hong Kong and Supreme Court of New South Wales. Her experience includes advising Tianjin Tianbao Energy Co., Ltd., a state-owned enterprise focusing on power generation and a H-share company, in a listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and advising China Shenghai Food Holdings Company Limited in a placing and listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of London. She is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
