Pengfei Xu Bio

Pengfei Xu graduated from Peking University Law School with LL.B. Mr. Xu worked in ICBC Tianjin Branch from July 2000 to January 2001. Then he worked in Beijing Office of Komatsu, Koma & Nishikawa Law Offices from February 2001 to January 2003. From 2003 to July 2006, he worked in Tongfang Law Offices. Mr. Xu joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in July of 2006 and became a partner in 2009. Mr. Xu specializes in corporate, securities and capital market, M & A, restructuring, FDI, overseas investment, PE. In the area of capital market, Mr. Xu has represented many famous companies in their domestic or overseas listing, restructuring, and bond issuing. He has also handled several M & A transactions, providing due diligence, design of transaction structure, negotiation, drafting documents, etc. Mr. Xu obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate and he is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
