Linhong Du graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with master degree in law. Ms. Du has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2010 and became a partner in 2018. Ms. Du specializes in securities, PE investment, enterprises’ reorganization, M & A, FDI and Corporation, involving the industries of banking, real estate, medical, IT and education. In the area of capital market, Ms. Du has represented various companies in their overseas listing, domestic or overseas debt financing projects. Ms. Du also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing, She has provided a wide range of legal services for investors and companies to carry out M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions. Ms. Du was admitted to PRC bar in 2013.
