Kelvan Cheung Bio

Kelvan Cheung is a partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng LLP. Prior to joining our firm, Kelvan was a partner at Deacons. Kelvan has extensive experience in corporate finance and had advised sponsors and issuers in over 30 IPOs. He advises on initial public offerings, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also advises clients on corporate compliance work associated with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor of Law Degree from University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Social Science from Chinese University of Hong Kong. He had also passed the inaugural Greater Bay Area Legal Examination in 2021. He is fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese.
