Fusheng Fu Bio

Fusheng Fu graduated from Peking University School of Law in 1986 and obtained Bachelor of Law. Before entering Jingtian& Gongcheng, Mr. Fu worked as an in-house counsel for China Harbor Engineering Company from 1986 to 1993. He joined Jingtian & Gongcheng as a partner in 1993. Mr. Fu is particularly experienced in the following areas: infrastructure, project financing, real estate, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring. Mr. Fu obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate in 1989. Mr. Fu is a native mandarin speaker with English fluency.
