Catherine Chan Bio

Catherine Chan is a Partner of Jingtian & Gongcheng LLP. Her practice focuses on corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings and general compliance work for Hong Kong listed companies. She has extensive experience in advising both issuers and underwriters on IPOs spanning across various sectors. Before joining our firm, Catherine worked at Sidley Austin. She holds an LLB from the University of London and a Bachelor Degree of Applied Science from the University of Toronto. Catherine is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
