Bing Zhang Bio

Bing Zhang graduated from Peking University Law School with LL.B. in 1989. Mr. Zhang worked in China Electronic Industry Corporation and Ministry of electronic industry after graduation. Then he worked as lawyer in Tianda Law Firm from 1996 to 1997. Mr. Zhang joined Jingtian & Gongcheng in 1997 and became a partner in 2001. Mr. Zhang is particularly experienced in the following areas: corporate, securities, financing, M & A, restructuring, IP protection. Mr. Zhang is a native mandarin speaker with English fluency.
