Bin Zhang Bio

Bin Zhang graduated from Peking University School of Law with Bachelor of Law in 1999 and obtained his LL.M. from Faculty of Law of University of Nottingham in 2004. Mr. Zhang has worked as a lawyer in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2005 and became a partner in 2010. Mr. Zhang specializes in corporate, securities, stated-owned assets, foreign investment, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring. Mr. Zhang obtained the PRC lawyer's qualification certificate and he is fluent in both Mandarin and English.
